About Our Client:
Our client is a leading supplier of DIY products and hardware across Europe. They have a fantastic history and amount of experience to utilise and learn from. Producing a wide range of quality products they supply customers across the DIY and Building markets in the UK and abroad. They have a small, friendly team with a family feel about the business.
About The Job:
This multifaceted role will be key in supporting and driving the business' marketing and sales functions. You will play a pivotal role in assessing the range performance and pushing to improve and adjust the range as required. In order to do this you will be able to analyse and present sales and market data concisely. You will help bring new products to market and ensure an affective launch through promotional activities and clear communication packages. You will influence the development of the company's brand, building on their founded reputation in the industry to reach new customers and consumers. You will be au fait with creating social media campaigns and advertising. You will be a resource to the field sales team to keep them up to date with the latest market data, trends and promotional activities.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will come from a marketing background with a degree in marketing or a similar discipline. You will have experience in utilising a graphic design suite to create visually appealing content and materials which have a consistent voice and message. You will have experience in or supporting B2B sales.

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role, as a minimum, you will need to have experience in analysing market and sales data. You will be able to collate this data into digestible chucks and present them both visually and verbally to internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be fluent in Microsoft Office, Excel in particular. You will also need experience in digital media and sales platforms in marketing communications. You will need to be confident in communicating with customers and be willing to setup and attend trade shows. A current, full driving license is also a must.
