Job Summary

The BOMA Garden Centre, based in Kentish Town London NW5, is an established independent Garden Centre and Garden Services company.

We are looking for an experienced GARDENER/TEAM LEADER to service residential clients for regular and once-off maintenance and garden makeovers in North London. We work in teams of two for all works. You will report to your Manager on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Skills

You will need experience of residential gardening, preferably in England, with plant knowledge to include how to care for plants and lawns. During your interview you will be asked to identify a number of plants in our garden centre.

You must be totally fluent in English and you must have a full, clean driver’s licence valid in the UK. (You cannot be considered if you do not hold a clean driver's licence.)


This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday and occasional weekend work. You will be entitled to 20-days annual paid leave.

The salary is determined according to experience and skills. The Boma prides itself on retaining our core loyal staff throughout the year. If interested, there is also the opportunity to work overtime in our garden centre.
