Area Operations Manager   

Greenbelt are looking to build our Operational Services Team with the recruitment of a new Area Operation Manager.

Our Operational Services Team manages and monitors the day to day activities on all of our UK wide developments to ensure excellent service delivery.

You will have a degree or demonstrable background in Land Management or equivalent level in horticulture or land-based contracts management. You are also required to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be our main communication point on the ground for other teams, contractors, site agents and residents.

Location

To cover the Northwest and Northeast of England together with the Scottish borders region.

This post will work from home, with easy access to either the A66 or A69, with support from both the Leeds and Glasgow offices.
