We care for parks and gardens, amenity green space, playing fields, canals and rivers, woodlands, cemeteries and nature reserves.

We currently have a number of Contract Manager vacancies in the Midlands and East including Bury St. Edmunds, Lincolnshire and the Northampton area.

If you have experience within grounds maintenance and a can do attitude along with strong leadership skills to maximise performance we would be very interested in hearing from you.   The ideal candidates will be familiar with working in a multi-site environment and will be a confident communicator liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.  

Your role will have the overall management responsibility for the area within the contract and will include the following duties:

  • Main point of contact for client officers
  • Experience in managing successful relationships
  • Operational delivery according to the contract specification
  • Financial/budgetary control
  • Health & Safety compliance.
  • Proficient user in MS Packages.

The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a management team is also crucial to this role.
