Job Details
We are working with a grower packer of fresh produce for retail and foodservice customers. This is a new role for the business and will cover all aspects of technical compliance for the business.
The Job:
Doing all aspects of the Site Technical BRC Compliance and Customer / Retailer Technical Standards in conjunction with the management team.
Management of all aspects of HACCP, SEDEX, Red Tractor, Muddy Boots etc.
Managing the internal audit schedule.
Performing site audits and working with the management team to improve site standards.
Management of the QC team.
The Candidate:
This will suit either a graduate with a couple of years' experience and looking for their first Technical Manager role or an experienced Technical Manager.
You will have experience of BRC, HACCP, SEDEX, Food Safety etc.
You will have good broad technical knowledge.
