HR Manager | Fresh Produce

We are working with a third generation family run business, who have grown significantly in recent years, they are looking to strengthen the team with the appointment of a full time HR Manager. The business has two main trading divisions and the role with cover both sites and manage all employee relations, HR policies and procedures and ensure the delivery of the HR plan.



The Job:

Responsible for business recruitment

Employee engagement

Develop HR related training modules / courses for managers and supervisors.

Employee relations

Performance management



The Candidate:

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified (level 5 or above).

You will be a HR generalist working with food and fresh produce.

Have good ER experience.

Be up to date with current employment law and ACAS Code of Practices.

Good communication skills

Excellent IT skills
