We are working with one of Kenya's largest fresh produce businesses as they look to appoint an Interim Technical Product Specialist. The business supplies tasty fresh produce to some of the UK's leading retailers and food manufacturing businesses.

They have recently started to supply prepared mango and avocado and are looking for an Interim Technical Product Specialist to provide the team with professional technical advice on process trials, shelf life trials, customer sampling and techniques for product.

Candidates will have a wealth of experience in mango and avocado and have excellent technical knowledge of the products. We see the project lasting three months but this can be flexible.
