Job Details
A large farming business with ambitious plans for the future is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Graduate Farm Management Trainee to join their team. The business is made up of multiple farms where they currently grow various varieties of fruits, vegetables, salads and herbs.
As Graduate Farm Management Trainee you will rotate across numerous different elements of the farm in Kent so you can develop a full and deep understanding of their busy farming operation. Once your training scheme is completed, you will then progress up to a management position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you if you are motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking and passionate about produce!
You will also ideally have a degree in horticulture/agriculture or a related subject as well as some practical experience.
A full UK driving licence and some tractor driving experience is essential.
