Operations Director | Fresh Produce

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an innovative and exciting fresh produce grower with a technologically advanced form of farming with substantial environmental benefits. This inventive food business is growing rapidly and will continue expand across a number of sites in the coming years.

If you are a highly skilled, knowledgeable and strong Senior Operations Director / Head of Operations with a proven track record managing fresh food / produce products; we want to speak with you.

Reporting into the Chairman / CEO you will be responsible for the total operation of one site initially, before managing further multiple sites as they are established. You will be working closely with a senior team including CI, Production, Technical and Finance; you are fully responsible for P&L.

You must be straight out of the 'top drawer' to be a successful candidate and need to be a sophisticated operation expert but also highly people centric. You must have fresh food and or short shelf life knowledge and experience.
