Do you have excellent knowledge of plants, plant care and maintenance?

Key points

·         To provide an inspirational shopping experience through creating stunning visual                      displays

·         Working hard to constantly ensure stock availability

·         Manage, develop, motivate and inspire the team

·         To ensure the customers enjoy exceptional levels of service and advice

·         Taking full responsibility for driving sales and profitability

Must haves

·         Experience of working in Garden Centres or be from a horticultural background

·         Excellent team leadership skills

·         Able to recognise and act on sales opportunities

·         The ability to create a truly memorable shopping experience
