Our Client is seeking a Site Manager to join their expanding Team.Based in Buckinghamshire you will report directly to the Contracts Manager.The successful candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter and able to work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

 ·Have experience/knowledge working with landscaping & construction contracts.

·5 years’ experience of managing medium to large projects

·Excellent management of H&S

·Excellent Leadership Skills and strong experience in running teams including handling sub-contractors.

·Confident communicator

·Reading and accurately interpreting programmes, drawings and technical specifications.

·Excellent customer and business communication skills.

·A professional degree/qualification.

·SMSTS / SSSTS.

·First Aid

·CSCS Gold Card preferred

·Good knowledge in using MS Office.
