We are working with one of the largest soft fruit propagators in the UK as they seek a Propagation Nursery Manager to join their team.

The business has grown over the years to now have propagation sites in both the UK and Europe, developing strong relationships with a wide range of soft fruit growers.

The Propagation Nursery Manager will be responsible for running two sites based in Deal, Kent. This will include:
Technical day to day growing.
Encouraging best plant husbandry practice.
Assessing the crop for pests and diseases.
Managing, motivating and organising all staff across the two sites (both permanent and seasonal team members).

We would love to hear from you if:
You have great growing and people skills.
You have a thorough understanding of the soft fruit industry, irrigation systems and crop nutrition.
You are ambitious, driven, self-motivated and passionate about horticulture.
PA1, PA6/PA9 certificates are strongly desired.
A driving licence is essential.
