Project Manager Office Lead | Fresh Produce Operations

We are currently recruiting for an outstanding Food Operations Project Manager to lead a busy schedule and programme of projects across a high-profile fresh produce business; supplying some of the UK's best loved supermarkets.

If you are a knowledgeable and ideally Prince 2 accredited Operations Project Manager with a proven track record in the fresh produce sector, I want to speak to you!

This is a new role within a newly formed Project Management Office (PMO) and will act as a conduit between the Operations Director and the various projects happening across this food business. Your assignment will be to support and challenge where appropriate.

You will act as the functional manager / leader of project delivery and governance across the business providing security of benefit and product delivery.

Although our client is open minded, you will ideally come from either an operations or perhaps engineering background with hands-on project management and administrative expertise within the fresh produce or food manufacturing sector. It is highly desirable that you possess Prince 2 accreditation (or equivalent) and/ or experience with 'sofco' but it's not essential.
