We're working with an artisan rural business that is rich in history and charm. Established over 100 years ago, this business has grown to be the go-to destination in Norfolk for all your quality food and drink needs.

The business is home to an orchard that grows over 160 varieties of apples and pears, the majority of which are heritage varieties. They already have a booming juice business and have recently started a small cider business. They have big plans for this and they are looking for a Cider Manager to help them grow and develop this area of the business.

This will be a varied and rewarding role that will involve you in all areas of cider production, from orchard to glass! You'll be responsible for a range of areas including:
Growing and harvesting of apples and other fruit.
Juice and Cider production
Sales and marketing of cider and juice.

We are looking for candidates who have:
Experience within the alcohol Industry.
Knowledge of fermentation process with particular emphasis on cider - ability to manage the production of the cider.
Ability and enthusiasm to learn about fruit growing and co-ordinate the growing of apples with the making of cider.
An understanding of marketing and ability to sell and co-ordinate the delivery of the cider to retailers and distributors.
