We are working with a fantastic agribusiness who are looking for an exciting new addition for their Commercial Agricultural team. This business prides itself on customer satisfaction and training individuals to achieve their personal goals alongside the business'.

The Opportunity:

This role will see you teaming up with the Commercial Fertiliser team and working closely with the manager. This is a great opportunity to learn from a very experienced and well qualified individual who can give you valuable tips on the industry and help you grow in your career. You will be helping him by providing up to date and timely price/marketing information to the Scottish Sales team, to keep them on the cutting edge of the industry. You will also be buying day-to-day from suppliers, building your own relationships with them and servicing customers needs to a very high standard.

This role will help drive organic growth in the wider commercial team and really help the business grow and achieve its yearly targets. Your outstanding ability to create price listings, buy and sell to maximise margins and fulfil the customers needs will ultimately guarantee your success within the business and the position.

The Successful Candidate

To be successful and excel in this role you would have the following characteristics:
A really good commercial background in agriculture, agribusiness or agri-food that will help you in undertaking a sales or trading position.

A great ability to communicate. This will help you in building relationships with clients, customers and colleagues and contribute to the success of the business and you in the role.

Demonstrated problem solving and the ability to be open minded when attacking problems will help you in delivering on the day-to-day goals.

Strong computer and written literacy skills.
