HR Manager | Fresh Produce | South Lincolnshire

About our Client:
We are working with a leading fresh produce business based in South Lincolnshire. They source product from around the world, for an array of retailer customers. They have a great working culture and are looking to appointment an experienced HR Manager to report into the HR Director.

About the Role:
This role will provide a full generalist HR advice and support service to the business, ensuring HR best practice is always followed, and the department continually improves. You will be accountable for all recruitment up to Senior Management level, ensuring the recruitment process is regularly updated and reflects best practice. You will coach and guide managers and staff in relation to improving performance and growing their our own staff, there is a team of 4 direct reports and will ensure staff are motivated, developed and engaged. You will be responsible for the administration of all benefits, including Pensions, BUPA, Management Bonus schemes, EAP helplines, Life Assurance, PHI and the Company car fleet.

The role will be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress into a more senior role in the future.

The Ideal Candidate:
For this role you will be currently working in a HR Manager role within a fresh produce or food manufacturing business, you will have good working knowledge of HR practices, ideally you will be CIPD qualified, although this isn't a must have. You will have energy and drive, and be keen to make a difference within this fantastic business.
