International Senior Manager | Food Recruitment

We are currently recruiting for a personable Senior Manager to oversee and lead the supply chain of international recruitment into the food sector. Our client is a well-respected and busy supplier of people to some of the country's most successful fresh produce and food businesses.

If you are a highly skilled, knowledgeable and strong HR / Recruitment or Operations professional with a track record in the fresh produce sector we want to speak to you.

Your remit will not only cover international recruitment but also Ethical Compliance, Legal Standards and Health & Safety. It is integral that you deliver staff on time in full as required to the business. Travel across the UK and Europe throughout the year will be required.

You will have an exceptional understanding of the food, fresh produce and agricultural sectors as well as expertise in the planning, managing and legislation of non-skilled labour. It is highly desirable that you are either a Senior HR or Recruitment professional - although our client is open minded so you could be a Senior Operations Manager for instance, looking for a new challenge.

This opportunity comes with an excellent salary; upwards of £50K to reward an affable yet resilient individual.
