Are you able to plan and organise all daily duties in order to grow and maximise sales and profits?

Key points

• To take a lead role in developing the centre into a Garden Centre of Excellence
• To contribute towards and help maintain the expected high standards of the centre
• Liaise with the plant buyer regarding stock requirements
• To build and further develop a strong team who are passionate in all they do
• To assist the centre manager as Duty Manager when required

Must haves

• A strong record of success working within a Plantarea
• Unparalleled levels of customer care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in plant retailing with a flexible work ethic
