How would you like to join a specialist team maintaining the gardens across one of the leading independent schools in the UK? The School’s gardens department has played a key role in Uppingham being chosen as joint winners in the “Best Small Town” category in the 2017 Royal Horticultural Society Britain in Bloom awards. 

You will be passionate about your specialism and take pride in the quality of gardens maintenance work you provide. Our gardens create excellent visual impact for pupils, parents, visitors, staff and the Uppingham community to enjoy.

The role is 52 weeks per year with working hours of 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm on Friday. Flexible working options are available. The annual holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum plus Bank/Public Holidays.
