Our client runs a successful landscape and grounds maintenance business which carries out work for a variety of clients, including Housing developers, housing associations, Local Authorities, construction companies etc.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Landscape Projects Manager to join the team.

Key points

As the Projects Manager you will play a key role in leading the delivery of public realm construction projects from £10,000 to £1m.

Working within our projects team, this varied role will involve taking projects at their pre-construction phase; informing the final stages of the design process and resolving the practical limitations of the design in relation to the existing built environment on site.

Must haves

  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS and SMSTS
  • Project Management experience in the soft landscape construction industry
  • Experience with NEC, JCT and JCLI contracts. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.
