Grounds Maintenance Foreman - 38470

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Foreman to lead the team working at their static site in Epsom. Previous grounds maintenance experience, good horticultural knowledge and a full UK driving licence with towing category are essential requirements. The successful applicant will need to be dynamic, personable, self-sufficient, commercially aware, have excellent supervisory and communication skills as well as a good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation. Having a PA1/PA6 spraying licence and a horticulture qualification such as NVQ Level2 in Amenity Horticulture or similar will be a distinct advantage. They are offering a full-time position with a competitive salary, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays and all PPE is provided.
