They have sites in the UK and abroad but as Growing Manager you will be working at the Kent site which is home to a state of the art soft fruit table top production unit. As Growing Manager, it will be your job to:

Lead the growing and crop planning for the one-hundred-acre site in Kent. Support will always be on offer by the Head of Growing.
Operate sophisticated computerised fertigation and irrigation equipment (PRIVA) to help you grow quality soft fruit to meet supermarket specifications.
You will also be responsible for motivating and running a small growing team.

The perfect person will have:

Proven growing/farming experience in the horticultural industry.
Experience in growing soft fruit is of course desirable but it is not essential.
Ideally, you will also possess qualifications such as FACTS, BASIS, PA1, 2, 6a & 6b.
Experience of using PRIVA (or a similar system) is needed.
