Team leader required to join a small team in Shenley Park.

Shenley Park is a 45 acre rural park on the edge of Shenley Village. Formerly the site of a mental hospital and prior to that a private country estate. Many interesting features including an historic orchard and Walled Garden, meadow and pockets of woodland. Now public open space, no one day is ever the same working in this beautiful park.

An active role for someone who has a minimum of 8 years experience with a clean driving license who is able to; keep basic records, organise a small team of staff and volunteers work programmes as set out by management, converse with the public, work alone and with others. 

The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of gardening, estate work, hard and soft landscaping with a good plant knowledge. Tractor driving and chainsaw certificates together with machinery servicing knowledge an advantage but not essential.
