Fertiliser Business Development Manager (South) | Hereford

We are working with one of the UK's largest agri-businesses who are looking to add an exciting and talented Business Development Manager to lead their team in the South. This will see you in a supporting role for all the regional fertiliser managers and a perfect next step for most agricultural professionals looking at their future.

The Role:

In this position you will be responsible for a number of different areas and delivering some pretty simple goals, first and foremost, to maximise Fertiliser sales in the South. This will involve working closely with the commercial teams to understand where the opportunities lie in the market and how best to un earth them and bring them to fruition. You will also be providing commercial support to the liquid team developing business in the South also.
Being responsible for the fertiliser team will see you: Planning strategy, training sessions, workshops and maintaining a regular presence in regional offices. This successful running of a team will absolutely make all goals much more achievable for both yourself and the business as a whole.

The Candidate:

To be successful in this role you must have the following characteristics:
A good commercial background, preferably in sales in the agricultural sector.
The ability to communicate at every level within the business and proven relationship building.
FACTS qualified
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
