Due to continued success within the company, a career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leader to provide supervision and direction to a small number of junior and under gardeners on a variety of properties, to the company’s usual high standard.  The company offer career progression opportunities for hard-working and committed employees.

It is of the upmost importance to represent the company in a good light when on clients’ properties, as this company has generated an excellent reputation over the past 55+ years.  This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to be part of, and provide supervision to, a professional team for a very well-established company.  The position offers genuine career progression potential and a chance to develop your existing skills and knowledge on a daily basis.

Typical working hours are 06:30 to 16:00/16:30, though there will be expected seasonal variation.  Benefits include a pension scheme, continuous on-site training, uniform, 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) and a bonus scheme.
