The Land and Environmental Management section is a diverse and high performing team. The remit of the section is to deliver outstanding education to those interested in the subject areas of Horticulture, Countryside Management, Fisheries Management, Floristry and Arboriculture. The two main aims of the team are the delivery of stimulating study programmes for the 16-18 year old learners and to provide access to adult learners wishing to gain qualifications in the subjects listed either as a full time or part time students.
The successful role holder will line manage and continue to develop the curriculum delivery team and the learning resources. It will be essential that the role holder also utilise quality processes effectively to ensure learners maximise their potential and make positive progress towards timely success.
