Due to the exciting and dynamic expansion of our client's business, we are looking to recruit Customer Development Executives into our client's internal team of sales professionals.

Our client's business is currently undergoing some exciting and dynamic developments and are therefore seeking suitable candidates whose experience and personality will reflect this positive progress.

This role is an outbound telephone relationship role.

B2B Sales experience would be preferred although full training will be given, it is of equal importance to our client that their team are enthusiastic, pro-active, forward thinking, and have the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development within our business.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop strong relationships by phone, and maintain strong levels of communication within a targeted audience remit.

Responsibilities of a Customer Development Executive:

To uptake on regular phone calls to previous and new potential customers.
To have the ability to create and develop strong relationships by phone.
Have to ability to gain the understanding over time of the nature of the clients business, their buying processes, their stock range.
Have the ability to create/offer incentives to trade with our client.
Be forward thinking and creative within their approach.
Record all calls and work carried out within their targeted arena.
To be able to work on your own initiative, but also be a part of a team.
To represent the organisation at all times with a professional and integral manner.
Demonstrate good understanding of organisation and administration skills.
Possess a positive 'can do' mental attitude.
Have experience of working to and exceeding targets.
To be accountable for individual performance.
Liase closely with team members and Managers to maximise opportunities within your client base.
Have the capacity to understand our client's catalogue of products and range to enable competent conversations with targeted audience.
