Group Relief Chef | Multi-sited Garden Centre

This expanding innovate retail group are looking for an outstanding Group Relief Chef for their 4 Garden Centre Restaurants based in the Home Counties. They are looking for a top Chef to help manage the kitchens for all four sites, someone who is creative and can demonstrate superb restaurant knowledge both of food and customer experience.

This up-market innovate retailer is seeking someone with a real passion for food to work with their fantastic, dedicated teams who really pride themselves in offering customers an unrivalled eating experience at their restaurants and café's. This person will need to be very flexible and work from all four restaurants when needed.

Essential skills & experience required for this role:

You will currently be a chef from a similar restaurant/food background.
You will be able to assist in creating and delivering food that people love to eat.
You will be an excellent communicator who has great man management skills and experience.
You will be adaptable and able to cope with their multi sited facilities; therefore you will need your own transport. You will be re-reimbursed for all mileage undertaken during work hours.
You will have excellent hygiene awareness and be able to work at all four garden centre restaurants in a consistent and exacting way.
