As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping our customer services and supporting our wider operational teams, we are looking for an Environmental Services Supervisor (1 post) to join our Operations team. 

Reporting to the Environmental Services Team Leader (Operations) you will manage a team of Multi-Skilled Operatives and supervise the provision of contract and in-house services including grounds maintenance, caretaking and cleaning. You will deliver an excellent customer service, responding effectively to customer enquiries while on site and through all other means, taking remedial action where necessary to ensure quality standards are met.

You will assist in the development of service standards and KPI’s, whilst attending resident and partner meetings and preparing reports, minutes and other written communication as required.

To be successful you will have experience of thriving in a team context, maintaining excellent relationships whilst working well under pressure, meeting deadlines and hitting targets in a customer facing role. You will have knowledge of best practice in environmental services including grounds maintenance and health and safety responsibilities.
