Do you enjoy motivating the team to deliver high standards?

Can you provide inspiring displays throughout the store?

Can you deliver excellent customer sales and service?

Key points:

• Supporting the manager in all daily duties
• Plan prioritise workloads and able to work on your own initiative
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and displays
• Maximising sales opportunities

Must haves:

• Excellent leadership skills with good attention to detail
• Proactive and be prepared to get involved in all areas of the business
• A good understanding of garden centre retailing
• The ability to lead and inspire other to provide excellent customer sales & service
