Are you an enthusiastic horticulturalist that is passionate about reducing the use of pesticides? With the UK's commercial growing sector becoming more aware of alternative, cost effective solutions for pest control, this is a hugely exciting opportunity for a horticulturalist to really excel as an advisor within one of the leading horticultural companies supplying innovative biological controls, pollinators and monitoring systems to commercial growers, retailers and home gardeners.

Your job as Horticultural Technical Advisor will be an interesting and varied one. You'll be covering duties such as:

Developing the sales of pollinators, biological controls and sundry products.
Offering technical advice and support to growers.
Gathering market intelligence and keeping up to date with all technical developments.
Identifying new business opportunities.
Attending trade shows as required.

We would love to hear from candidates who:

Have a background in growing, agronomy or a similar role.
Have worked with crops such as salads or soft fruit.
Have an interest in biological control/entomology and be enthusiastic about the commercial horticulture industry.
Are great at building meaningful relationships with customers and ensuring repeat business.
