WORKING FOR THIS ORGANISATION:
Our client is a member of a Federation of Trusts, independent charities, working across the UK.  Each signs up to a series of common aims, objectives and processes. It was established over three decades ago as a radical experiment to bring together communities, businesses and government in a joint effort to improve the quality of life and promote sustainable development in places that had become run-down and neglected.  The principle of creating dynamic partnerships for action is still at the heart of their approach.

‘Changing places, changing lives across the South of England, one green step at a time’ is their vision. They have been working with communities in the South for over 25 year, and our client formed as an amalgamation of several smaller local trusts in 2012. They are passionate about creating a future where every community is strong and able to shape its own destiny and where everyone can reach their potential. By bringing people and the environment together with practical local action, they have an impact that is greater than the sum of its parts. They have a track record at achieving effective and lasting solutions usually created at the local level in partnership with local people and organisations; to create better, greener places, to improve people’s prospects and to promote greener living and working.
