Garden Centre Restaurant Chef

Are you looking for a new challenge as a chef? Our client is a large independent garden centre who is looking for a Chef to work in their 300 cover garden centre restaurant. Experience of working in a very busy kitchen environment is essential for this role.

Their main course specials are cooked from scratch using fresh ingredients, with a turnover time of around twenty minutes per dish.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent cooking and presentation skills and be up to date with current FSA regulations. Strict hygiene conditions must be adhered to at all times.

Usual shift pattern involves working alternate weekends with a day off during the week. You may be required to work extra weekends during busy periods such as bank holidays.
