Are you FACTS and BASIS qualified? Are you passionate and experienced in agronomy, crop production or technical development? We are looking for exactly that to join a leading agricultural business as Crop Production Specialist.

The Job:

Operating across all aspects of arable crop production, you'll be key in ensuring that our client maintains their position at the forefront of crop production advice. You'll join the Technical Department and work to support and develop our client's crop production strategy. You'll do this by researching and creating market opportunities, providing technical information/support to the communications team and supporting the Agronomy team too. You also need to understand profitability drivers such as nutrition, genetics, soil management and crop protection.

You:

This is a brilliant chance for you to really make your mark within an established and respected business. You'll need to have extensive expertise in broad acre crops with proven experience of working in innovation and development. You'll have excellent communication skills and be a strategic thinker. FACTS and BASIS qualifications are absolutely essential, as is a background in agriculture. You will also need to hold a full UK driving licence to be considered for this Crop Production Specialist position.

Benefits:

In return for your commitment, you will receive an attractive package as well as the chance to develop your skills and progress your career.

If you have any questions please contact Edina Bremner on 01780 480 530 or edina@morepeople.co.uk for a confidential conversation.
