Our client requires a skilled and experienced individual in Horticulture, who will be able to support vocational training and traineeships in Horticulture in Devon and Cornwall.

ROLE: Trainer/ Assessor (Horticulture)
SALARY: £11.50 - £13.50 per hour (FTE £22,441 - £26,401 per annum)
CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed term or zero hours contract available
HOURS: 7.5 - 18.5 hours per week
OPERATIONAL AREA: Devon and Cornwall

ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
As a member of the Education team you will use your knowledge and experience to support, teach and assess learners and trainees to achieve their chosen qualification, engage those who are hard to reach and support the organisation's charitable aims.

You must hold a teaching qualification and a recognised industry qualification or have proven industry experience in the field of Horticulture. You must be highly motivated and be interested in supporting learners and trainees to reach their desired goal. You should be flexible in your working week and be prepared to be a team player.
