Our Client:

Our client is a communication, marketing and print production company for horticultural supply and garden retailer sector. This innovate and dynamic company keep growers, horticultural suppliers and garden product producers up to date with creative strategies, content, multimedia and print solutions that build their brands and grow their business.


The Job:

To provide horticultural leadership to the team. In particular copywriting and picture management for all their content creation activities, and in so doing creating and sustaining a position of leadership within their markets. To maximise the value of these assets for the benefit of both print and web sales. To deliver these services in accordance with their agreed business plans.


The Ideal Candidate:

You will be a talented copywriter with marketing experience within a relevant industry.
You will be an expert or have a passion for horticulture and plants, ideally with a formal qualification in horticulture or a related field.
You will be comfortable working with & leading the wider company community to improve the quality of plant content and identifying customer requirements.
You will be able to lead their team to develop their use of plant content to the benefit of their retailers and growers as well as consumers.

There will be a need to spend two or three nights away per month. Able and willing to work extended hours on occasions when required. Must have clean or near clean driving license.


Salary and Benefits:

Our client will pay a competitive salary for the right person, depending on experience. A review of this salary will be carried out after 18 months. There is a probation period of 6 months.
