The Abbotsford Trust is seeking a creative and enthusiastic person with a passion for gardening and the outdoors to deliver a programme of learning and community engagement activity as part of our new project Learning in a Heritage Landscape – Transforming Work.
The post-holder will plan, design and coordinate opportunities for learning, training, employability and personal development for local audiences through gardening in this unique heritage setting. Practical skills and experience in horticulture and an ability to lead activities with children, young people and adults of all ages and backgrounds is essential.
The post is full-time, fixed term for 23 months and is part-funded by the National Lottery through the Heritage Lottery Fund and by the Scottish Government and the European Community Scottish Borders LAG LEADER 2014-2020 programme.
