We are looking for two experienced and enthusiastic Team Leaders to assist in delivering the highest standards in our award winning gardens. As part of the management team, your varied role will include the full range of horticultural skills and use of landscaping equipment, and you will be supported with the resources you need to help implement projects and ongoing improvements in areas such as biodiversity, volunteering and promotion.

In order to achieve this, you should have good IT, communication and diplomacy skills, as well as a working knowledge of Health and Safety practises and an excellent ability to motivate a team.
