Our client is an established name in the garden and hardware industry. They are going through an exciting period of brand definition and growth and are looking for talented brand focussed marketers to lead that growth. The company is recruiting a new branding team to manage this process.

This job focuses on identifying, developing, sourcing and delivering a product range that carries the brands message and appeals to the consumer.
This will be done by analysing the market and designing the brand image around the pertinent needs of the consumer.
Working with and be supported by commercial and sourcing teams to design and import products from a variety of sources.
Being commercial enough to manage your costs and deliver ranges to budget.
We are looking for brand owners. Marketers who care about their brand and takes an active role in the development of the brand.
Sourcing experience is a must and may include a variety of sourcing locations but must include the far east.
Innovation and development experience must be demonstrable.
Excellent business skills, financial understanding and a commercial focus.
A passion for the industry would be a benefit but is not essential.
Must be looking for a role that will include occasional travel.
Office based role.
