Retail Team Leader – Job Overview

·         To manage a designated retail space as the Team Leader for that area


·         Create and maintain inspirational displays and standards


·         Timely replenishment with the correct stock levels to deliver budgeted sales


·         Maximise sales opportunities


·         Manage and engage a team


·         Deliver excellent customer service


·         Assist the local Retail Manager with day to day operations


Retail Team Leader – Job Role

·         Deliver excellent levels of customer engagement at all times


·         Creating an inspirational visual customer experience


·         Deliver agreed sales budgets


·         Lead an engaged, motivated team through inspiration management


·         Conduct performance reviews with regular 121’s


·         Duty Manage in absence of the local Retail Manager


Retail Team Leader – Job Requirements

·         Two years retail experience


·         Comprehensive garden, plants, gift or book knowledge


·         Close attention to detail


·         Excellent merchandising skills


·         Proven people management skills in a similar sized retail environment


·         Ability to communicate accurately and effectively
