Our client runs a successful landscape and grounds maintenance business which carries out work for a variety of clients, including housing developers, housing associations, local authorities, construction companies etc. Contract values range from a few thousand up to several hundred thousand pounds.  An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Estimator to join the Projects Department.

Based at the Head Office, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and assist with the growth of the Projects Department through effective analysis of all proposals to produce commercially viable estimates.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in producing accurate commercial estimates. Candidates should have strong organisational and IT skills as well as working knowledge of budget management. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of maintaining profit margins as well as the ability to measure drawings and have a working knowledge of supplier negotiations.

A full, clean driving licence will be required
