About the Company
We are currently recruiting for a role for an established market leader within the fresh produce sector due to continued growth. The company has been built on a passion and enthusiasm for what they do, as well as investment in their products and people to ensure they offer quality and are experts in their field. The company serves the UK market from their state of the art facilities in the Lincolnshire/Cambridgeshire area.
You will apply your experience in horticultural seeds or fresh produce, crop production, trials and/or breeding to great effect. You will have a proven sales record and be able to plan and deliver a sales strategy to make the most of market opportunities. You will use your analytical skills to identify target markets and design marketing campaigns to reach your audience. You will have a history of creating lasting relationships and will be able to prove your results as an affect account manager. You will be a great leader and be capable of motivating a team to produce outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the sale of vegetable seeds and fresh produce with a good knowledge of crop production and plant breeding. With a proven track record in sales, marketing, account management and leadership backed up by results and achievements.
As a minimum to progress to interview stage you must have experience in the sale of horticultural seeds or fresh produce with proven results and achievements. You will need to have some knowledge of crop production or commercial farming. You will also be expected to travel so a full driving license (clean preferred) and passport is essential.
Circa £50,000 + Car + Benefits Depending on Experience
