Ipswich is proud of its heritage of fine parks and Ipswich Borough Council is committed to long term restoration plans for Holywells Park.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the above position, which will lead and co-ordinate the in-house team for this prestigious project. Heritage Lottery Funding (HLF) has been secured to develop plans to restore this much loved park.
About the role:
Holywells is steeped in history and includes a Grade II listed Victorian Stable Block and Orangery in an enchanting 28 Hectare parkland landscape setting. You will initially play a key and pivotal role in the HLF Round 2 funding application. There is also the potential for the period of engagement to be extended (subject to further grant approvals and funding) to manage and co-ordinate the whole restoration project implementation.
