Horticultural Manager required to manage a fast paced, challenging and pressurised Compound & Bedding/Plant Department. Duties will include managing all goods in/out for all plant areas, assisting with purchasing of stock, to plan and manage a staff resources, merchandising on the shop floor, customer sales & service and maintaining a professionally run department at all times.
