Our client operates principally in the “Prestige” Landscape Design & Build market creating bespoke gardens for discerning clients with budgets ranging from £100k up to £2m. We are looking to recruit experienced Hard Landscape Stone Layers who have experience of working on high end projects.

The successful candidates will have worked on high specification projects with fine tolerances in this marketplace.  They will have experience in setting out works generally and have a detailed knowledge of and experience in laying, hand finishing and detailing of a variety of natural stone products.  They will be able to work accurately from plans and take responsibility for their work programme to ensure completion on time.

An ability to demonstrate problem solving skills through the construction stage and a broad and detailed knowledge of construction techniques will be required of successful candidates. They will be able to integrate into and be a significant part of a dynamic team.

They will have have experience of setting out from given datums and managing sub-contractors on a day to day basis.  They will report to the Site Manager /Foreman for their project and operate within the QA policy procedures of the company.  Potential interviewees will be required to provide a portfolio of works they have completed.
