Our client is one of the leading plant growers in the UK. They have had huge success for many years and pride themselves on their heritage. Due to expansion they are seeking a National Sales Manager to grow their business within the retail sector.
This is a field based role, covering the UK and Ireland. You will need extensive knowledge of garden centres, have commercial awareness, a creative flair and strong selling skills. Horticultural experience and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential for this role.
The role requires a high level of customer service, account management and the ability to identify, explore and gain new business. You will be involved in new product development, marketing and advertising.
