Our client is a group of garden centres based both in England and the Channel Islands. They are seeking a dynamic manager to run their Jersey based centre which is one of their most prestigious centres.

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:
• Management of a large established up market garden centre
• Development and management of centre staff
• Management of centre finances and budgets
• Working with the centre management team to oversee product procurement and merchandising

The IDEAL person will possess:
• Substantial retail experience, within the garden & leisure industry
• Excellent staff management skills
• Drive and enthusiasm
