Our client is a quality mail order company who are looking for a Plants Manager who can take on a wide role within the business that will encompass everything from New Product Development to Catalogue layouts

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:
the following components and more !!
• Product selection
• New product research and introduction (with the help of other team members)
• Identify and select flower plant ranges
• Mail order catalogue layout and product selection
• Oversee flower seed and plant selection and resourcing
• Contracting plant growers
• Plant packaging
• Negotiating
• Quality control
• Develop other areas within the business.

• Excellent commercial horticultural knowledge, from either a nursery or mail-order business
• Excellent team player
• Drive and enthusiasm
• Excellent plant and horticultural knowledge
• Superb organisational skills
