Job: Assistant Dispatch Manager, MorePeople

Our client is a wholesale nursery specialising in containerised ornamental plants and herbs who is currently looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to help with their despatch operations.

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:

• Working within the dispatch dept, picking collating and loading orders ready for transport.
• Supervising staff and ensuing that they working to schedule 

The IDEAL candidate:

• For this role our client is looking for a well organised, dynamic and proactive individual who is capable of working to strict deadlines within a very busy department.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Preferably be qualified to degree level or equivalent and to have had significant experience of commercial horticulture or associated discipline
• Fork lift licence desirable
