Our client is a well known independent that prides itself of its excellent customer service and quality. The site includes a resturant, farm shop and large plantarea and it is for this that we are now seeking a strong customer focused Plantarea Supervisor

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the day to day running of the Outdoor and Plant Area
• Supervising and developing the dedicated team of staff
• Utilising retail skills to ensure the area is merchandised to achieve its full potential
• Ensuring that the area is achieving financially
• Providing advice and guidance to customers
  

The IDEAL person MUST possess:

• Excellent retail skills and horticultural knowledge
• Excellent team player
• Excellent staff management and supervisory skills
• Excellent customer service skills
